I'm a week into the trip and so far no pictures of trains. So now I'm going to correct that as today I caught a regional train to Bad Doberan to ride the Molli Steam Railway to Kuehlungsborn. Spot the difference on the two images below ........
Yep you've got it - a steam train. The Mollibahn travels up the main street in Bad Doberan. Part of the street is pedestrianised but in parts there are cars and at times the train is going against the flow. Quick get the Health & Safety man! It might be narrow gauge but its not small either - its a 12 carriage train. Needless to say I have had a great day watching and riding.
Looks great - no sleeping in those upstairs flats when the train comes through. Nerida
